Yamada is hospitalized with complicated fractures in both hands. He had a certain "pre-existing condition". It was a strange disease that caused severe pain in his testicles if he did not ejaculate once every three hours. During his hospitalization, the nurses in the ward are in charge of his "treatment" as he is unable to use both hands. But this hospital is a hellhole, rumored to be staffed by nurses of the worst character...! The third nurse with the worst personality is Yamaguchi, a violent nurse. Yamada is overwhelmed by the violent and abusive behavior of the ex-yankee girl. Even so, he thought that it would be better than mental torture. But then Yamaguchi has a change of heart...? If you want to ejaculate so bad, I'll let you do it!
